Body/Energywork Packages
Regular bodywork can be a great way to work through an issue. Through repetition, we can re-educate your body to break through old patterns of holding and tension, and teach it to exist in a state of relaxation. But just like learning any new skill, this requires repetition.
With regular work, you will experience alternating expansion and contraction. With every session, as your body learns familiarity with its new state of openness, you will expand a little bit more. But with time and life experiences, you will contract back to your habitual state of holding. Ideally, with every session, the effects will last a little bit longer before that corresponding contraction occurs. And ideally, we’ll work together again before you have contracted to your initial state.
If you know you want regular bodywork or energy work to be a part of your life, you can save money by pre-paying for packages.
60-min sessions:
Please note: “60-minute sessions” refers to total hands-on time, not including intake and follow-up conversations. So please allow an extra 15 minutes for intake and follow-up conversations.

Terms/Conditions: All packages must be used at a frequency of at least 1x/month. Unused sessions may be rolled over into the next month. The package expires at the end of the final month (i.e. a 5-pack expires at the end of the 5th month, a 10-pack at the end of the 10th month, etc) regardless of any unused sessions. Any unused sessions at the time of expiration of the package will be forfeited. But they may be transferred to other people (see Transferability below), if you are unable to use them yourself.
Transferability: The gift of relaxation, of relief from pain and stress, is an incredible one. If you think someone you know would benefit from my work, you are welcome to gift any one of the sessions in your package to a friend or loved one. Just let me know!
Refunds: There will be no refunds given for any services performed. If you have a complaint with which you are uncomfortable approaching me directly, please call my mentor and teacher Helen Grigg, Owner/Director of Healing Spirits Massage Training Program.
Late Policy: I understand that we all live busy lives and sometimes schedule ourselves too tightly. If you are running late, please just let me know by text. Your scheduled session will end at its scheduled time, regardless of your time of arrival.
Cancellation: I kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellation. A 50% fee will be charged for less than 24 hours notice.
No-shows: will be billed for the full amount of the session.
