She has also attended classes at Naropa University and Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Briggs has been a natural health and wellness professional for the past decade working in an integrative pharmacy and consulting with private clientele about nutritional and herbal supplementation strategies, as well as offering services as a massage therapist, while also contributing as an editor for many natural health and wellness books, articles, and video productions. She has provided natural health counsel at a wellness summit as an expert on their panel- sharing insights from her professional and personal experience in the field of natural health and wellness. Currently, she is also the owner of Bridge Wellness, LLC where she consults with private clientele and in corporate settings offering nutritional and herbal supplementation strategies, as well as bodywork services as a massage therapist with integrative bodywork.
